We are a well-established multifamily & residential home building in the Fayetteville area! We are actively looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Fayetteville.

Also looking for a Multifamily Estimator!

What you'll be doing:
- Support field teams with planning & coordination
- Build & maintain project schedules
- Monitor & work with Superintendents in order to make adjustments
- Follow & audit project schedules in Mark Systems
- Work with variety of teams to ensure communication & no delays
- Hold weekly meetings with field team

What you need:
- 10+ years Project Management experience
- Experience on a variety of multifamily & residential builds
- Experience on projects $5M+
- Proficiency with Mark Systems, Procore & Bluebeam
- Ability to create multiple schedules at one time
- Ability to build relationships with local vendors, customers, etc.
- Effective communication & organizational skills
