We are a well-established Multifamily & Residential construction company based around Fayetteville, AR! We are actively looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join our team in Fayetteville.

What you'll be doing:
- Collab with project teams to create project scope, budget & timeline
- Conduct risk assessments
- Prepare cost estimates & project timelines
- Manage bidding process & analyze bids
- Work with different teams to review designs & ensure alignment
- Serve as client POC during precon
- Lead & mentor precon team
What you need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
- 3+ years experience of preconstruction & estimating
- 3+ years experience multifamily & residential construction
- Experience with projects $5M+
- Proficiency with Mark Systems, Bluebeam, Procore & Microsoft Office
