Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Location: Schaumburg, IL
Job Salary: $85,000- $110,000 (based on experience)
Shift: Mid shift (Roughly 11:00a.m. to 8:00p.m.)
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
Lead functionality and reliability improvement of all production and facility equipment (including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems)
Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments
Perform and execute preventative maintenance, implement safety procedures and manage all building costs and budgets
Evaluate facility employee performance and conduct training + supervise maintenance staff
Requirements:
5+ years Industrial equipment repair / systems experience (Industrial environment or military)
2+ years Supervisory experience
Ability to work mid shift, which is roughly 12:00p.m.- 8:00p.m.
Strong level of equipment knowledge (i.e. electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, machinery, pipe systems, boilers, HVAC, etc.)
Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills
Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)
