Project Engineer

Position Overview
The Project Engineer will be responsible for supporting the engineering and construction teams in the planning and execution of construction projects. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring that all engineering specifications are met throughout the project lifecycle, particularly in wood frame construction.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Prepare and review construction documentation, including specifications and drawings.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and solutions early on.
Support the project manager in project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in Project Engineering, specifically in wood frame construction.
Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
Familiarity with construction documentation and regulatory requirements.
Experience with Primavera P6 or similar project management software is a plus.
