We are seeking an experienced Engineer with expertise in Cold Forming and Tool Design to join our team. As a Cold Form Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing efficient and effective cold forming tools used in the manufacturing of fasteners. This role will require a strong understanding of cold form processes, engineering principles, and manufacturing techniques.

What you'll be doing:
- Design and develop cold forming tools for the production of fasteners
- Conduct research and analysis to improve existing tool designs and processes
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for cold forming tools using CAD software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tool designs meet performance and quality standards
- Perform testing and validation of tool designs to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures in tool design and production processes
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tool-related issues during production
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all tool designs and modifications
What you need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in cold forming tool design
- Understanding of different material grades (carbide, stainless steel, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of cold form processes & manufacturing techniques
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Solidworks & other 3D programs
- Experience with fasteners and fastener design
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve tool-related issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
