CNC Field Service Engineer

Position Overview
The CNC Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machinery at customer sites. This role requires technical expertise in milling and turning processes, along with a strong customer service mindset to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction in the Florida region.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure CNC machines at customer facilities.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
Provide on-site training for customers on machine operation and maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with CNC machinery in a timely manner.
Collaborate with customers to enhance their manufacturing processes and optimize chipmaking efficiency.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all field service activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in CNC machining, specifically in milling and turning.
Strong technical knowledge of CNC systems and applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to travel frequently within the Florida region for on-site service.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
