Transaction Advisory - Senior Associate

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate for our Transaction Advisory team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing strategic insights and financial analysis to support clients in their transaction decisions, ensuring optimal outcomes in mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence for clients involved in transactions.
Prepare financial models and valuation analyses to assess target companies.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored advisory solutions.
Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
Support senior management in the execution of transactions and provide insights on market trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CPA certification is required.
3-5 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial consulting, or related areas.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
