Job Title: Tax Associate / Senior

Location: Hybrid in the Cinci area

Salary: $75k-100k + Annual Bonuses

Requirements: 1-3+ years Public Accounting exp coming out of CPA firm

We are a up and coming regional CPA firm headquartered out of the Cincinnati, OH area and have been in business for 20+ years. We have grown tremendously in the last 5 years and have overall seen a 60% increase since that time. Both our partners come from Big 4 environments and know how to replicate the workflow of a Big4 with all the perks of a family style team.

Due to growth, we are currently seeking to add a Tax Seniors and Associates to our team! We offer full benefits, hyper-growth opportunities, and Unlimited PTO. We also offer hybrid flexibility to promote work life balance.
