Project Manager
Position Overview
We are a full-service real estate company that specializes in developing hotels, retail centers, quick service restaurants, office buildings, and more. We have partnered with some of the most recognizable brands and companies in the USA. Having completed over $1B in deals including over 350 transactions we are rapidly growing and seeking to hire a project manager. We are looking for someone tech savvy with the ability to analyze and draw complex layouts while following our lead. You will have the opportunity for advancement and quickly have others working under you. Must have PE stamp for Civil Engineer cert in state of Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Civil Engineer for commercial, retail, multi-family, and residential projects
- Design Leadership - Develop and prepare civil and infrastructure plans, civil drawings, cost estimates, technical reports, and other project documentation.
- Collaborate with TXDOT and local authorities to coordinate project work.
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Work with Development team on timeline and budget, as well as Coordinating with 3rd party engineers
- Lead and coordinate project teams, providing direction and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct risk management analysis to minimize project risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Civil Engineering within the commercial construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Valid Civil Engineering license in good standing in Texas
- Current driver's license
- Proficient in Civil Engineering software and tools.
