Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning and execution to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing large-scale painting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage painting projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and project execution.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide regular project updates to clients and senior management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the painting or construction industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
