Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in general business litigation to join our growing team at our new office in Worcester, MA. The successful candidate will engage in a range of complex litigation matters, representing clients in various industries. This position offers an opportunity to take on significant responsibility and collaborate with a team of highly experienced attorneys dedicated to achieving favorable outcomes for their clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage cases from inception to resolution, including conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediation, effectively advocating for their interests.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trial.
Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of case developments and providing sound legal advice.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and prepare reports on case status and progress.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Massachusetts bar admission.
5+ years of experience in general business litigation, with a strong understanding of litigation processes and strategies.
Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
