Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Litigation Associate Attorney specializing in Trust and Estate Litigation to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and commercial law, with a focus on handling complex estate disputes. This position offers an opportunity for professional growth within a supportive environment that values innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in trust and estate litigation matters, including disputes over wills, trusts, and probate issues.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs related to trust and estate litigation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Develop and implement case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations as necessary.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to team efforts on various cases.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting trust and estate litigation.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in California 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on trust and estate matters preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business law, commercial law, and real estate law.
  • Self-starter with a strong desire for legal career growth and measurable results.
