Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Litigation Associate Attorney specializing in Trust and Estate Litigation to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and commercial law, with a focus on handling complex estate disputes. Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in trust and estate litigation matters, including disputes over wills, trusts, and probate issues.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs related to trust and estate litigation.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Develop and implement case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations as necessary.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to team efforts on various cases.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting trust and estate litigation.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in California
Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on trust and estate matters preferred.
Strong understanding of business law, commercial law, and real estate law.
Self-starter with a strong desire for legal career growth and measurable results.
