Family Law Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and adoption, and will be committed to providing exceptional legal representation to our clients during challenging times.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and adoption proceedings.
Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
Advise clients on their legal rights and options regarding family law matters.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and represent them in court hearings.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law legislation and case law.
Maintain accurate records of all case-related activities and communications with clients.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active state bar membership in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law.
Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and court procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and emotionally charged situations with professionalism and empathy.
