Position Overview
The IT Manager will oversee the organization's technology infrastructure and lead IT projects to improve business processes. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring system integration, and providing technical support to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement IT strategies and plans that align with business objectives
Manage and support the IT team in daily operations and project execution
Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems like Epicor
Lead business process improvement initiatives through technology solutions
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate software implementation proposals
Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and enhance system performance
Facilitate user training sessions and provide ongoing technical support
Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during technology upgrades
Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to support business growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role
Strong knowledge and experience with ERP systems, particularly Epicor
Proven ability in project management and business process improvement
Experience in data analysis and systems integration
Excellent team leadership and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with change management principles
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical support skills
Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
