Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney specializing in Personal Injury to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in representing clients in personal injury cases, focusing on delivering results while ensuring the highest standards of legal practice. This role is essential in aiding clients through their legal challenges, ensuring their rights are protected and advocating for their best interests.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in handling personal injury defense cases from inception through resolution
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support cases
Engage in evidence gathering and client interviews to build strong cases
Prepare legal documents, briefs, and motions for court proceedings
Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations
Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
Review and organize case files and documentation
Handle discovery requests and document review efficiently
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure quality representation
Maintain effective communication with clients regarding case status and developments
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and court schedules

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Bar admission in Washington State
Previous experience in personal injury defense or civil litigation
Strong understanding of legal rights and litigation strategy
Excellent research and writing skills
Proficiency in preparing legal briefs and documents
Ability to conduct client interviews and trial preparation
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
Interpersonal skills necessary for client interactions and team collaboration
