Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in various legal matters, focusing on contract law and civil law, while providing exceptional client representation and support through effective negotiation and legal writing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the drafting and reviewing of contracts and legal documents
Manage case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures
Prepare for trials by organizing evidence and drafting briefs
Represent clients in negotiations and court appearances
Conduct legal research and analysis for various cases
Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and strategies
Maintain case management systems and documentation efficiently

Qualifications

3 Years Experience Insurance Coverage Defense
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
Strong knowledge of contract law and civil law principles
Excellent legal writing and research skills
Experience with case management and trial preparation
Proficient in negotiation and client representation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
