Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Waterproofing and Restoration Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving sales in our waterproofing and restoration solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry knowledge to build strong client relationships, educate customers on our products, and present tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in waterproofing and restoration solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct presentations and product education sessions for clients and industry partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, utilizing CRM software for tracking.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding product specifications and installation processes.
Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients.
Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the waterproofing, roofing, or restoration industry.
Strong understanding of building envelope solutions and waterproofing techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze market data and conduct competitor analysis.
Proficiency in CRM software, particularly SalesForce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Benefits

Competitive company draw base salary ($90,000-$100,000)
