The superintendent, in partnership with the project manager, is responsible for the overall success of a construction project. Position is responsible for managing subcontractors, quality control and assurance, providing exceptional client service, leading a project team, managing project schedule and being part of making the project a good experience for everyone involved, from subcontractors to the owner
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of building systems
Experience serving in the role as Superintendent on at least three ground up hospitality projects ($10M+)
Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
Self-motivated
Basic computer skills
Completion of OSHA 30-Hour safety course
