Project Work Forecasting
Work with Project Team Leads to thoroughly review project proposals and contracts to ensure that:
Projects are managed against the inclusions/exclusions
Provide workload forecasting as new projects are secured and provide progress analysis regarding prospective unsecured projects
Update Integral accounting system information
Client Liaison/Communication
Serve as the principal liaison with selected clients or major projects
Represent the company at meetings with project clients and other project stakeholders as required
Engage all team members in quality issues to ensure that the quality control function is effectively performed
History of managing a variety of mechanical projects (HVAC and Plumbing)
- Job size over 5-10 million
-5+ years of Piping, MEP/HVAC and construction Project Management experience
- Government and Healthcare Experience preferred not required
- Provide clear and articulate direction to team-members
- Experience with pre-construction, estimating RFIs, change orders, and submittals
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Navisworks, ProContractor, and Procore
