Due to growth, we are currently hiring multiple Superintendents to lead electrical projects. These individuals will be responsible for an assigned portion of the project including site management of field labor, pre-planning and coordination of the scope of work required to install a quality product in compliance with the contract documents and all applicable goals. The right individual will emphasize a sense of urgency and innovation while providing an environment of trust, cooperation, commitment and teamwork.
- Ensuring schedule completion of projects within established budget, time and quality standards, performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage crews
- Instruct, implement and enforce the company safety program and site specific safety requirements with a zero tolerance to incidents
- Possess a complete and comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, specifications and scheduling needs
- Accurately submitting daily/weekly reporting and four-week look ahead schedule
- 3+ years of managing electrical construction crews required
- Manage project field crews and ensure safety on jobsite
- Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customers and architects
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new software
- Previous experience with project documenting and record keeping
- 100-140k (depending on experience) + Per diem
