Team Lead - Sr. Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead a group of engineers in developing and maintaining innovative web applications while ensuring high performance and responsiveness. This role is pivotal in guiding project direction and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the design, development, and deployment of web applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Architect and develop scalable and maintainable backend services using Node.js and Python.
Implement responsive UI features using React and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
Manage database systems including MongoDB, Postgres, and Snowflake to optimize data storage and access.
Utilize AWS for deploying and managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring security and scalability.
Develop and generate insightful data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality and team performance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on web applications.
Proven experience leading a team of engineers or developers.
Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and Python.
Experience with database management systems such as MongoDB, Postgres, and Snowflake.
Familiarity with cloud services, especially AWS.
Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
