We are looking for a skilled Tax Senior to join our team and provide quality tax compliance and consulting services to our clients. In this role, you will utilize your broad knowledge of individual and business tax laws to prepare and review complex tax returns and provide tax advice on a variety of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a CPA certification, or plan to sit for the CPA, and extensive experience with tax compliance, partnership tax, and business tax.

Position Overview:

Prepare and review complex tax returns, including individual, partnership, and corporate
Prepare and review multi-state income tax returns
Identify tax opportunities and potential areas of risk through analyzing financial transactions
Monitor and research ongoing changes in tax laws and regulations
Develop and maintain client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

Review tax returns and provide advice for tax compliance and planning
Research and analyze complex tax issues
Provide tax advice and services to clients
Communicate regularly with clients and third parties regarding tax matters
Identify and recommend process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

CPA certification, or is a CPA candidate
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance, partnership tax, and business tax
Strong knowledge of individual, partnership, and corporate tax laws
Proficient in tax returns preparation (Forms 1120, 1040, S Corp and C Corp)
Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills
