Job Title: Tax Manager
Job Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Salary: $100k - $130k+
Requirements: Must have 5+ Years of recent Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm)
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead and manage multiple operations of the tax practice area and to deliver quality tax services that meet or exceed client objectives. This individual will serve as a business advisor to our clients, aiming to maximize client engagement while achieving qualitative outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
-Proven work experience as a Tax Manager
-Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
-Working knowledge of CCH Axcess/ProSystems software, tax research software, and Microsoft Office products
-Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
-Analytical skills with detail orientation
-Demonstrated ability to lead a tax engagement including, but not limited to:
-Planning and supervising staff
-Assigning component tasks and overseeing their completion
-Communicating effectively with firm staff, administration and leadership
-Managing multiple tasks across multiple engagements simultaneously
-Working under pressure, meeting required deadlines and solving problems
-B.A. or B.S. with an emphasis in Accounting, CPA required
