An established CPA, is seeking a full-time Tax Accountant to join their team. This firm's goal is to provide more than just a tax return. Through their many services offering insight into how to grow businesses, streamlining processes, and emphasizing efficiencies and moving forward with confidence. This firm strives to develop a year-round relationship by being committed to their clients success, proficiency in services, and accessibility when you needed.

What you'll be doing:

Prepare and review tax returns including but not limited to individuals, corporations, partnerships and research and collaborate on a variety of tax projects while responding to inquiries and requests from the IRS and other governing authorities. You will also be preparing extensions and quarterly estimates where applicable and assisting on other projects as assigned. Understanding the importance of client relationships and responsive client service while assisting with new staff training and mentoring.

What you'll need

Software knowledge: Thompson Reuters UltraTax, QuickBooks, SurePrep
Knowledge of preparing individuals, corporations, partnerships tax returns
Previous Bookkeeping or Tax Experience
CPA not required
