Job Title: Superintendent: Industrial Construction
Location: Columbia, SC and Greenville, SC
Compensation: $90k - $120k+
Requirement: 3-5+ of Commercial Construction experience

We are headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina and serve an array of private and public sector clients throughout the southeastern region of the United States.

Our client base is in the retail, commercial, healthcare, multi-family and industrial sectors. We are seeking a Superintendent with Industrial Construction experience. Most of these projects will be in South Carolina and the ideal candidate will be comfortable travelling the state when needed. These projects range from $10M - $35M+.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Superintendent to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of construction projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.
Track and report project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
Provide leadership and direction to on-site construction teams.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction.
Proven track record of successful project management and project scheduling.
Extensive knowledge of construction industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing priorities.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
Experience using construction management software is a plus.
