Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: Columbia, MO
Salary: $100K-$150K + Bonus (DOE)
Requirements: 10+ years of Heavy Civil experience
We are a Heavy Civil GC licensed to operate in five Midwest states, with a focus on major highway development. We have been in the construction business since 1967, and we take great pride in our ability to complete projects efficiently and on time. We understand how important it is to stay within budget and adhere to deadlines in the construction sector. Our years of expertise have given us a wealth of knowledge when it comes to properly installing bridges or moving earth. This strengthens our competitive edge and improves our clients' bottom lines.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc.
- Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
- Monitor construction progress
- Maintaining a good client/customer relationship throughout the project
What You Need for this Position
- 10+ years of Heavy Civil construction experience
- Heavy Highway, earthwork, underground utility, bridge construction, concrete paving, etc.
