Based in Oakland, California, We specialize in complex industrial projects that include water and wastewater treatment plants, power generation facilities, and other complex industrial facilities. We generally self-perform all civil, structural, metal fabrication and installation, equipment erection, mechanical piping work, HVAC and odor control services. We manage hundreds of trade subcontractors on projects that provide specialty services. We currently are working on a $2 b project in San Francisco and are looking to bring on a skilled Superintendent for a long-term role!

What you need:

3 + years of experience as Superintendent
Experience with Water Treatment Plants is a big plus!
Ability to coordinate with Project Managers, Coordinators, and field team
Attend meetings with division and project managers, Engineers, and mechanical coordinator.
Understanding of contract document control; requests for information, clarifications, and submittals in writing, routing, and tracking.
