We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee all aspects of our Infrastructure construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest of quality standards. You'll manage jobsite operations, including self-perform crews and subcontractors, and maintain a safe work environment for all.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage all facets of project execution including scheduling, staffing, and subcontractor coordination
Supervisor on-site personnel, both self-perform crews and subcontractors
Enforce a safe work environment and daily safety talks as well as weekly inspections
Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, manage procurement
Implement and enforce quality control measures
Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, lookaheads, and photo updates

What You Need for this Position

High school Diploma or GED and 5+ years experience in Infrastructure construction (land development, transportation, mining, water, etc.)
Infrastructure project list with proven successful project delivery
OSHA 30
Experience with construction management software
Bluebeam, Procore, Project, HCS
