Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff DSP Software Engineer who will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced digital signal processing algorithms. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for wireless communication systems, contributing to the performance and efficiency of our products.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement DSP algorithms for wireless communication systems.
Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.
Analyze system performance and optimize algorithms for efficiency and speed.
Conduct simulations and testing to validate DSP designs.
Document design processes and maintain detailed technical specifications.
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in DSP development.

Qualifications

MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR SECURITY CLEARANCe
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital signal processing and software development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C, and Python.
Experience with MATLAB and Octave for simulations and prototype development.
Strong knowledge of wireless communication technologies including LTE, Wi-Fi, and IoT.
Familiarity with algorithm design and optimization techniques.
