We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager - Partnerships/S-Corps/CPA to join our team and take a lead role in managing our taxation needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax planning, preparation, and compliance for partnerships, S-Corps, and C-Corps. The successful candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Position Overview: The Senior Tax Manager will prepare all required tax returns for partnerships, S-Corps, and C-Corps. This position will be responsible for researching and analyzing complex tax issues, providing guidance to management, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. The Senior Tax Manager will also develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the preparation of partnership, S-Corp, and C-Corp tax returns
Conduct research and provide guidance to management on complex tax issues
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Adhere to all federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
Identify and implement process improvements for tax related functions
Provide support to the organization's tax planning and compliance efforts
Prepare accurate and timely tax reports and reconcile tax accounts
Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Masters degree in Accounting with current CPA license
5+ years of experience in taxation, preferably in the areas of partnerships, S-Corps, and C-Corps
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
Ability to analyze complex tax issues and develop solutions
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
