Position Overview

The Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing all tax preparation processes and procedures for our company. They will work closely with clients to optimize their tax strategies and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all tax preparation processes for the company and clients
Work closely with clients to develop and implement tax strategies
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to optimize their tax planning
Review and approve tax returns and other documents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance
Strong understanding of local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits

Competitive base salary ($70,000-$100,000)

Signing bonus after 90-day review
