Job Title: Sr Site Superintendent (Construction)
Location: SW Florida
Salary: $120k-$160k depending on experience
Requirement: Commercial, Multi-family, and/or Government experience.
We are a leading Construction firm that has steadily grown and we have a focus on building commercial, government projects. We are looking to bring on an experienced Senior Superintendents.
This is a great opportunity for somebody who's looking to join a stable firm in the SW Florida area.
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish.
Planning and overseeing all aspects of an assigned project. This includes the pre-planning for all project stages (from pre- to post-construction).
Superintendent works diligently to meet all goals set for the specific project and manages all field operational duties.
In this role, you will lead, direct and oversee the safe and effective daily operation of a single project, or multiple projects with a cumulative value up to $100M.
