Position: Senior Project Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000

Responsibilities:
Manage/supervise daily operations of assigned projects.
Initiate and oversee project administration and documentation to avoid claims and protect RK Electrical.
Take part in all phases of the project budgeting.
Conduct pre-construction turnover meetings on assigned projects.
Ensure all permits/licenses are obtained and posted
Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment with the purchasing agent.
Develop, submit, and obtain approval of the billing schedule of values.
Conduct regular project staff meetings.
Negotiate and price change orders.
Ensure projects are staffed appropriately.
Take responsibility for the financial performance of projects assigned.
Review and process subcontractor and supplier invoices.
Attend project management meetings monthly and respond to questions on assigned projects.
Requirements:
10+ years of electrical construction experience.
Bachelors degree or higher.
Familiar with negotiating critical and controversial issues.
Experience managing groups and giving directions.
Ability to develop and execute business strategy.
