We have been in the construction business for more than 70 years, and among the various projects we have experience with are water treatment plant construction, commercial building construction, industrial and food processing construction, and municipal swimming pool construction. Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator/Project Manager to oversee and manage complex construction projects, with a focus on wastewater and swimming pool projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed estimates for wastewater construction projects.
Review project drawings and specifications to determine project requirements.
Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain bids and negotiate contracts.
Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating and project management within the construction industry.
Proven experience with wastewater, swimming pool projects, anything having to do with water is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost estimation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
