What You Will Be Doing
POSITION SUMMARY
The Preconstruction Estimator's (PCE) role is to assist the Vice President of Pre-construction, Senior Project Manager, and other operations staff members with preconstruction pursuits from preliminary bids to budgets procurement. PCE will primarily be responsible for setting up and maintain preconstruction project records, subcontractor solicitations, scope estimating and analyzing assigned projects. PCE will also be involved in the assisting the project team during the buy-out and scope development for awarded projects.
