We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electrical Industrial Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate must have advanced knowledge of VFD, AutoCAD, Cement, DCS, PLC and Electrical Engineering principles as it relates to heavy industrial environments. Position Overview: The Senior Electrical Industrial Engineer’s main responsibility is to design, develop, and implement electrical engineering plans and projects to improve production and operational efficiencies, while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement electrical engineering plans and projects to improve production and operational efficiencies.
Develop and maintain electrical engineering models, diagrams, and drawings.
Develop and maintain electrical engineering specifications and standards.
Troubleshoot electrical engineering issues related to production and operations.
Provide technical assistance to other engineers, technicians, and operators.
Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Engineering experience in cement or heavy industries.
Knowledge of PLC Programming, Power Engineering Software, short circuit analysis, ladder logic diagrams, Logic Diagrams, process flow diagram, Electrical Schematics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project.
Experience with Pneumatics, Hydraulics, HMI, High Voltage.
Knowledge of safety, environmental and company standards.
