Position Overview
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and conducting audits. This role aims to provide accurate financial information while supporting the company's financial objectives and maintaining a robust accounting system.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Manage month-end close processes and reconciliations
Assist in the development of financial reports and forecasts
Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data
Support the finance team with insights and analysis for decision-making
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit periods

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems, preferably SAP
Experience with Blackline and general ledger function
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
CPA certification is a plus
Experience with accrual accounting and month-end close processes is preferred
