We are a family-owned and operated HVAC solutions company in Arizona, providing quality services to our residential and commercial clients across the state. We are looking to add an Inside Sales Manager to our growing team - if this sounds like the place for you, please read on!

What You Need For This Role:

-BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred with:

-3+ years of professional experience as an inside sales representative for an HVAC company, or related sales experience

-Prior experience managing an inside sales team for 1+ year

-Knowledge of Bluebeam, SalesForce, and other construction related software
