Sales Manager - Construction Services

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our Construction Services team. The main objective of this role is to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account management in the multifamily construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the multifamily construction market
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve

Qualifications

Proven track record of sales success in the construction industry
Experience selling to multifamily developers and general contractors
Strong account management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
