We are currently seeking a 100% remote Sales Engineer who is passionate about driving innovation in cybersecurity and building strong client relationships. In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and customer success. You will play a critical role in pre-sales and post-sales, guiding customers through the integration of our security solutions. What You'll Be Doing
Provide pre and post-sales support. You wil engage directly with customers, offering technical expertise from the initial pitch through to full product integration
Assess customer needs and customize solutions to meet their business goals
Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations, simplifying complex technical details into customer-friendly presentations that showcase the value of our solutions
Partner with engineering, support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless technical implementation and address customer concerns
Provide customers with the necessary documentation and training to effectively utilize our solutions
Ensure the successful deployment of our systems and maintain ongoing customer satisfaction by resolving any post-sale technical issues
What You Need For This Position
3+ years of Sales Engineering or related experience
Technical foundational knowledge of C++ and C#
Experience with/knowledge of Restful APIs and Azure integration
