We're a Top 10 Single Family Builder in the USA and adding to our sales team in Port St Lucie to assist with selling our built homes.

This opportunity provides someone the chance to come into a position with ready to go inventory of homes to sell.

The earning potential is through the roof as earn % of the home total sale price.

Qualifications

ACTIVE State RE License required (if applicable, state specific)

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with proven success in commissioned sales

Computer proficient and ability to understand financial principles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prospect, build relationships, and develop marketing strategies

Professional appearance and presentation

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
