We are currently looking for a dedicated Construction Safety Manager to join our team and ensure the safety and well-being of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety policies and procedures.
-Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of construction sites.
-Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near misses.
-Provide safety training and education to employees and subcontractors.
-Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
-Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to identify and mitigate safety risks.
-Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
-Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field.
-At least 3+ years of experience in construction safety management overseeing 100+ workers
-In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations with an active OSHA 510.
-Strong understanding of large scale commercial projects
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Certification in safety management is preferred.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
