Job Title: Roofing General Superintendent
Job Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: $120k-$150k + Vehicle + Benefits + 401k Match, etc.
Requirements: 10+ Years of commercial roofing experience
This is a full time/ permanent position with a 300-person roofing contractor. We are well established with consistent work and a backlog of projects.
This person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves coordinating with field operations, managing project schedules, and leading teams to ensure successful project execution.

Oversee all roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Manage project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
Review blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements and scope
Supervise and mentor field personnel, providing guidance and support where needed
