Job Title: Superintendent - Retail Construction
Location: Travel - this a 100% travel role
Salary: $115k- $130k+ mileage, lodging, meal per diem, etc.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a superintendent in retail construction

What You Will Be Doing

Oversee the project from start to finish
Ensure timely and accurate scheduling
Provide subcontractor and vendor management, receive and log deliveries
Project setup, close down emphasizing safety throughout
Daily project reporting, both verbal and written
Managing project costs

What You Need for this Position

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry as a Project Superintendent
Retail construction experience is required
Experience with:
