Job Title: REMOTE Sr. GaN Design Engineer
Job Location: REMOTE - we have offices in Sunnyvale, CA, and Chandler, AZ, & Austin, TX
Compensation: $160K - $210K base plus bonus and RSUs
Requirements: Device Design, GaN HEMT, TCAD, Characterization, Device Layout, Testing
