With over 80 years of experience, we are one of the largest developers in the country.

We specialize in mixed-use and master planned communities across the country, including New York and California.

We have recently restructured our operations and brand and are revamping our investments.

This includes a large cash injection via institutional capital investors in New York.

We currently have several projects in place, including 1) a 25 acre master planned community with 300 units in Palm Springs, and 2) a second 380 lot project in Palm Springs, and 3) a current pipeline of 200 units throughout California.

Due to growth, we are actively hiring a a Remote Sr Financial Analyst experienced with:

Real estate development
Excel expert
PowerPoint

You will prepare complex financial models to better evaluate development opportunities, property exit strategies, operating costs, and income streams.

You will also prove out budget by performing underwriting of line items, perform market research to verify model assumptions.

Our team is remote in Southern California, and you will work remotely, however we're looking for someone who can meet with the team as needed in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, or Riverside.

What You Will Be Doing

Create complex financial models to better evaluate development opportunities, property exit strategies, operating costs, and income streams
Prove out budget by performing underwriting of line items, perform market research to verify model assumptions
Update financial models with actual costs
Identity economic and general issues with potential economic impact
Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of expense variances
