Job Title: Remote Director of Land Acquisition - $150k + Bonus
Salary: $120k-$150k Base + Bonus on Deals, Benefits & 401k

With over 80 years of experience, we are one of the largest developers in the country.
We specialize in mixed-use and master planned communities across the country, including New York and California.
We have recently restructured our operations and brand and are revamping our investments.
This includes a large cash injection via institutional capital investors in New York.
We currently have several projects in place, including 1) a 25 acre master planned community with 300 units in Palm Springs, and 2) a second 380 lot project in Palm Springs, and 3) a current pipeline of 200 units throughout California.
Due to growth, we are actively hiring a a Remote Director of Land Acquisition.
You will oversee acquisition timelines, escrow processes, and help to track the status of deals against weekly/monthly/annual targets.
You will also assist with strategic acquisition planning by creating sourcing strategies, ideal locations, and anything else necessary to support our overall investment objectives.
Our team is remote in Southern California, and you will work remotely, however we're looking for someone who can meet with the team as needed in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, or Riverside.
