Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Attorney with 2-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and financing.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Advise clients on real estate matters, including zoning, land use, and property development.
Handle real estate litigation, including disputes over property rights, contracts, and other related issues.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case strategy and development.
Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the State Bar.
2-7 years of experience in real estate law.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
