Located in beautiful Key Largo Florida, LIONCO is a Licensed Certified General Contractor (CGC1514786) within the state of Florida which brings 25+ years of experience overseeing billions of dollars in ground-up development projects. Our projects range from residential and commercial with an emphasis on multifamily, townhome and hospitality focus products. We pride ourselves on being involved within the design / development phase. This helps streamline the design process and allows ownership's to incorporate sound value engineering and construct-ability advice within the final design.

WHAT YOU NEED:

At least 3 years experience in construction projects
Safety / Pre-construction / development & retention
Project Management experience

NICE TO HAVE:

Operations input and output
Knowledge of all phases in construction
Strong construction management skills

What you will be doing:

You will oversea various projects in different locations and construct the ability to show construction knowledge and be able to communicate effectively with subs and the project team.
