BS in Mechanical Engineering or related related degree and more than 3 years of experience:
- Managing commercial, institutional and/or industrial commercial construction projects for a mechanical subcontractor
- Oversee project progress for HVAC, process piping and plumbing trades
- Ability to read mechanical construction drawings
- Manage project financials and processes for RFIs, change orders, submittals and RFIs
- Efficient using construction related software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar
